I currently serve as a ccNSO Councilor for the North America Region, via NomCom.
My involvement in internet governance started as Chair of REGULATEL (Latin American Forum of Telecommunications Regulators), an observer organization at GAC). As REGULATEL Chair, I established formal MOU relationship between Latin American Regulators and ICANN, signed by former CEO/President Chehade. I'm also active within CANTO, the Caribbean Association of National Telecommunications Organizations.
Before ccNSO, I served as an ALAC member for the North American region, NomCom named. I'm currently also in the field of renewable energy policy, as Chief Policy Officer of the Solar & Energy Storage Association of Puerto Rico.
