The second programme initiated by the ICANN Academy WG, the Chairing Skills Programme (CSP) has just started and the Leadership Programme (LP) has just seen its 4th edition. Both programmes are an effort driven by the ICANN Community and for the benefit of ICANN Community Leaders. During this session we would like to explore how we are going to proceed with the ICANN Academy Working Group: It there a need for it? If yes, are we going to formalise it into a CCW or just a committee? What are the plans for the future? What would we need for a active and inclusive Working Group?
